Safe and Secure - Story Ten
Questions to Think About:
Have you ever done anything that was dangerous and you could have been hurt? Have you ever seen any signs that warned you of danger?
Scripture to Read:
Psalm 40:2a “He (God) drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure.”
Truth About God:
God is always in control.
Lesson to Learn:
When you were very small your mother and father held your hand if they felt you might have been maybe in danger. You may have tried to pry their fingers to get loose, but the more you struggled, the tighter they held on. There was no way they would let go. God loves you so much that He says that once you believe in Him you become His child. No one, absolutely no one, can pry you from His hand! There is nothing even close to being as strong as God! Find out what God knows, how strong He is, and how many places He can be at one time.
